Friday July 9th, 2010 will be the start of our new show in the Robert T. Wright Community Gallery of Art at the College of Lake County. The Mythopian Artist's Group will present: From Here to Paradise. The Mythopian Artists is a group of Chicago-based artists that thematically center their works on mythology. In this exhibition they examine the concept of what a contemporary Paradise might be and what it takes to get there. An Opening Reception will be held on Friday July 9th from 7-9 pm. Music will be provided by Pianist: Neal Penesis and refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public. Summer Gallery Hours: July 9-30 Mon - Thu 8 am - 9 pm, Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm and August 2 - 13 Mon - Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm.
