David Bolton - Guest Curator |
David Bolton, Head of the Ceramics Department at the College of Lake County guest curated
Thrown Altered: Vessels Out of Round.
"My intention with this exhibition is to expose students and the public to great ceramic art and to make them aware of more possibilities with clay and the wheel. The artists in this show have transcended the process to create their individual visions in clay"
The 14 invited ceramicists from around the country and one from Canada were selected for the way they explore throwing and altering their work.
